Cooler bag liner replacement
Hey everyone, listen up! So, I recently bought this cooler bag and needed a new liner for it. I reached out to the company five times about it. Can you believe that? Every time, I had to go through the whole situation all over again. Finally, after the third attempt, someone asked for more details. But you know what? They never got back to me! I just sent another email, but I'm not expecting much. If you come across those bad reviews, definitely take them into consideration. The customer service here is a total joke. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother!
