I recently bought something online and ran into some big issues with getting it shipped to me. The thing I bought never showed up because it got lost during shipping between carriers. When I got in touch with customer service for help, they told me I wouldn't get a refund until they got the package back, and suggested I just order it again. I was pretty annoyed by this response since it didn't really solve my problem.

The steel shelving unit I bought was exactly what I needed. The steel is thick at 0.6mm, so it's super sturdy compared to those flimsy 0.3mm ones I've seen. I'm sure it won't rust and will last a good long while. Plus, I can easily rearrange them to fit my storage needs. I was so impressed that I got another one right after the first because of the quality and how versatile it is.
