Smooth checkout, expensive shipping
I always manage to find just what I need on this website, and sometimes I come across things I didn't even realize I wanted. The checkout process is always easy and quick, which I really like. But, the thing that bugs me about this store is the crazy high shipping costs. Sometimes I hesitate to buy something because of how much it costs to get it delivered, especially if I'm getting more than one thing. It would be awesome if the shipping fees were more fair, so it doesn't stop people from coming back to buy more stuff.
