Recent purchase experience
I'm pretty disappointed with how long it took for my recent purchase to arrive from the company. It literally took almost two whole weeks from when I ordered it to when it finally showed up at my doorstep. That's just way too slow, especially considering other companies can get orders out way quicker. And on top of that, I found out that I could have just gone to a big retailer to get the same product without all the waiting.
What really got to me was that they didn't make it clear that the shipping would be so slow. It was like they were trying to hide that info until after I already placed my order. Not cool at all. They need to work on being more upfront about how long it'll take to get your stuff.
