CommunicationI bought my Positive Grid Spark on December 7th and I'm still waiting for it to come. It's frustrating because there hasn't been much communication - I can't talk to anyone on the phone, just emails. When I asked about my order status, I had to wait four days for a reply, which kind of sucked because I was really looking forward to getting it. It's been disappointing overall, waiting so long and not being able to talk to someone directly about it.
