Returns & RefundsI bought the Spark amp and was pretty happy with it at first. But then it conked out on me after only 5 months, well within the one-year warranty. I've been going back and forth with customer service for a whole month now and I even sent the amp back to them. But still, no replacement or solution in sight. It's frustrating to have to wait so long to get back to playing my guitar.

Returns & RefundsI recently bought two amps from this company, and while the products were okay, the service I got was pretty bad. When I first ordered, they said it would take a while to get my stuff. I tried to cancel, but no luck. They told me to wait for it to come and then send it back. But it was a total pain. I had to pay a big fee to send it back, and even though I did everything right, they messed up and sent it right back to me. Not cool, eh?
