CheckoutI recently bought something from the company's website and had a really bad experience. It looked like everything was fine at first when I went to pay, but then a popup showed up adding an extra €60 in taxes without asking me. It seemed like they were trying to trick people and make them pay more. I reached out to customer service by email and chat right away, but it took them 3 days to get back to me. They told me to reject the delivery for a refund, but I wasn't sure if I could trust them after they weren't clear about the extra charge. Overall, I was really unhappy with how the company behaved and didn't take responsibility for what happened.
