I bought email marketing services from the company and gave them all the info they needed to start. But then, minutes after I paid, my account got shut down. And when I asked for my money back since I didn't get any services, they said no refund.

LEGO sets
I gotta give props to the customer service at that store. I called a few times to ask about different products and they answered within 5 minutes every time. No matter what problem I had, they dealt with it quickly and were super nice during our chat. You can tell that the customer service crew there really cares about making customers happy.

Towels purchase.
At first, I wasn't too happy with the towels I got from this company and left a negative review. But, after using them for a while, I gotta say, I was totally wrong. These towels are actually really good quality and have been working great. Sorry for the bad review before, hopefully this new feedback helps others make a better choice.

Workwear purchase
I really loved the workwear I got from Getz's! The quality is amazing, and they last forever. I wear them all the time, and they still look brand new. They have a great variety of brands to choose from, and the customer service was top-notch. The only drawback is the prices are a bit high, but the quality makes it worth it. The delivery was fast and easy, overall a fantastic shopping experience!

Eight defective photo books
I recently bought eight photo books for work, costing me a whopping $382, but they arrived in terrible shape with pages all warped up, making it impossible to close the covers properly. I tried reaching out for help, but their customer service has been just awful. They don't even have a phone number anymore, only this 'Chat' option, probably to avoid dealing with all the complaints they get. I tried several times to get things sorted out, even asked to talk to higher-ups, but they just kept ignoring me. When I tried to reach out to the CEO, they flat out said no and even went as far as deleting my account. It's really sad to see a company that used to be so good now do so poorly when it comes to helping out their customers.
