Account closure
They closed my account even though I hadn't used it in a while. I remember asking if I could reactivate it down the road when I was unsubscribing, and they said it was possible. But today, when I tried to log in, I saw that my account had been closed with no heads-up. It seems kinda sketchy, especially since I didn't break any rules or anything.
