Children's clothing
I recently bought some kids' clothes online and it didn't go well. At first, everything seemed easy, but once my order was in, problems started popping up. I wanted to cancel because they didn't have what I wanted in stock, but couldn't figure out how. On top of that, the sizing was all off which made me even more annoyed. When I reached out to customer service about it, they basically ghosted me, making me frustrated and let down by the whole thing. Thankfully, I sorted it out with my credit card company in the end, but if the company had just been more helpful and better at communicating, we could have avoided this whole mess.
