I placed an order from overseas two months ago and still haven't gotten my package. I've tried getting in touch a bunch of times, but Gentleherd hasn't been answering my emails. On top of that, I still haven't gotten a refund for the stuff that never showed up. It's really frustrating how they're not communicating with me or giving me any kind of customer service.
