Online Fabric Store - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought 4 yards of fabric from an online store and was happy with the quality and description of the fabrics I got. But, when I tried to place another order a few weeks back, I was taken aback by how high the international shipping cost to Canada was. The shipping calculator showed a price that just didn't make sense and seemed way too much for the fabric I wanted to buy. I contacted customer service to ask about the shipping cost, and they said the amount on the calculator was correct. As someone who knows about shipping costs in the international market, I thought this pricing was unfair and not right. I think having clear and fair shipping costs is super important for getting and keeping customers, especially for international orders.
