Online Fabric Store - Reviews and experiences

Listen, I ordered some fabrics from this online store, and let me tell you, it was a disaster from start to finish. I got a confirmation email, but guess what? No tracking numbers. When the package finally arrived, more than half of my order was missing. I reached out to them, and they had the nerve to tell me that the missing items were backordered. Seriously? It had been over a week since I made the purchase! I emailed them back, demanding to know why there was no way for me to know if items were out of stock or when they would be delivered, and all I got was some sorry excuse. Then they had the audacity to tell me that one item was backordered for a whole month! Each day that followed, I received yet another email informing me of yet another backordered item. Ridiculous. Honestly, this online store is a complete mess.
