DeliveryI was so frustrated with my experience ordering fabric from this store, eh. I ordered a specific fabric, only to find out it was on backorder. When it finally came back in stock, I was told it would ship out that day, but nope, it didn't. After calling for the second time, they promised it would ship out that day, but once again, it didn't. The whole process was a complete mess and I was feeling disappointed and annoyed, you know? Thankfully, the customer service reps were friendly and tried to be helpful, but that didn't make up for the lack of efficiency in fulfilling my order, eh.
