ServiceAt first, I thought the free trial was a scam because of email issues. But once I got in touch with customer service and explained everything, they totally got it and were so patient. Even though I was annoyed, they stayed professional and fixed the problem quickly. I'm grateful for how much they care about making customers happy and how they were quick to make things right.
