I just bought a jacket from this company, and I gotta say, I was really let down by the customer service I got. They told me when it was supposed to arrive, but I knew I wouldn't be home. When I tried to get in touch to change the delivery time, the person I talked to was super rude and not helpful at all. They even tried to blame me for ordering late in the week. As someone who's paying for their stuff, I don't think it's right to be treated that way.
