Italian language course
The Italian language course I bought was kind of a letdown. The conversations were fast and not clear enough, which made it hard to catch what was being said. Plus, the audio quality wasn't great, making it even more frustrating to keep up with the lessons. I think having transcripts available could have made things better, but they don't offer that. It's too bad because the course could be really good if they fixed these things.

I'm really sorry to hear about what happened with that company. It's not cool that they didn't reply to your calls and didn't deal with the problems in that PayPal case. Customer service is super important for any business, and it looks like they dropped the ball on that. Businesses need to make sure they're good at communicating and fixing issues for customers quickly. Hopefully they sort things out for you soon.

Easy claim process
The process of making a claim was really easy and smooth. I just had to upload a couple of simple documents, and AirHelp handled everything else. I liked that they kept me updated regularly, even though it did take a bit of time. In the end, I got a payout that was more than I was anticipating, so that was a nice surprise.

I had a terrible experience with this platform, eh. The whole process, from signing up to making trades, was super confusing and frustrating. The site's interface was really outdated and not user-friendly at all. I had a hard time figuring out how to make trades effectively and navigating through the different sections. Plus, the customer service was not helpful at all and took forever to get back to me with answers. I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone who wants to trade cryptocurrencies, eh.
