Improved cell service
I live out in the country, so I wasn't sure if I could find a cell phone provider that would actually work here. But ever since I switched to your service, I've been pleasantly surprised by how much better my cell signal is. It used to be a struggle just to get a bar, let alone internet, but now I can make calls and go online without any problems. The customer service reps have also been super nice and helpful whenever I've had questions. Thanks for the excellent service!
Pre-paid mobile plan
I just switched to a pre-paid mobile plan and let me tell ya, there's a ton of companies out there reselling T-Mobile services, but this one really stands out for its awesome back office support on the app. The best part for me is the "bank" feature where you can toss in some extra cash before your plan renews - total game-changer! It's all super straightforward, no surprises. Only thing that would make it even better is if they added Apple Watch and iPad support.
New service provider, switched from Cricket
I just switched from Cricket to a new service provider and I'm so happy I did! The service from Cricket was just awful, but with my new provider, the signal is strong, calls are super clear, and my data speeds are fast. Plus, the pricing is way more reasonable than what I was paying before. I should have switched sooner, eh?
Cellphone service
Don't waste your time with these guys for phone service, eh. Their coverage is just brutal, and trying to switch to a better provider is a total nightmare. I've been trying to get my account number from them for weeks so I can switch to a different company, but they're making it so hard. Just steer clear, bud!
Delayed order and cancellation
I'm disappointed to say that my recent experience with the company hasn't been great. I ordered a phone on May 7th, and it's now May 23rd and I still don't have it. To make things worse, the shipping tracking number was unexpectedly canceled, so now I don't know where my order is. I'm talking to customer service to try and sort it out, but it's been really frustrating. I was looking forward to trying out this company's services, but now I'm feeling let down because of all these problems.
Unreliable service
The price is awesome, and I love that I can buy in bulk for convenience. But the service has been up and down for me. I usually have good coverage, but there are times when I get no service or just E speed for data, which is annoying because I can't do much on my phone. It's super frustrating not having data at home, so I have to depend on Wi-Fi and I still have trouble getting texts. The worst part is I can't seem to figure out the voicemail, so I worry about missing important calls when I'm at home with no service.
