Online order experience
My recent online shopping experience was not the greatest. I ordered some stuff but it never showed up. And to make matters worse, it was delivered to the wrong place. When I contacted customer service for help, they were so rude and not helpful at all. Plus, they didn't even have a good way to handle complaints. I'd advise others to avoid this company.
