Returns & RefundsThe website was so easy to use, eh, and I found the bag I wanted right away. The delivery was quicker than I thought, which was a nice surprise, eh. But when I got the bags, I noticed that one didn't look as good as in the picture online. The return process was easy, eh, but now I'm just waiting for my refund, eh.
