Coffee that tasted like garbage
This coffee was terrible, eh! I checked out their website and thought it would be amazing, but when I actually tried it, it tasted like licking an ashtray. I reached out to them to get a refund, and they said I could choose a different flavor and return most of what I purchased. If I liked the new one, they would send more, but if not, then I lose my money! They also mentioned I could return the 2 unopened bags for a refund, but it had to get there in 7 days, and with a holiday coming up, that just wasn't gonna happen, eh! They didn't offer any suggestions on how to make it right, even with their "money back guarantee". I'm never buying from them again, and you shouldn't either, eh! I'm gonna tell my bank about this situation, and it wasn't even a good deal with the exchange rate for American cash, eh!
