I bought some creamer from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, I was really let down. The package didn't say how much L-theanine or lion's mane mushroom was in it. So, I contacted customer service to ask, and they gave me some wrong info and refused to tell me the real deal. Can you believe they said they can't spill the beans because it's a secret? They were totally trying to cover up the fact that there wasn't much of those special ingredients in there. Also, I found out that the mushroom cans were mostly air, making it seem like there was more stuff in there than there really was.

The mushroom coffee itself is fantastic! It tastes so good and gives me a nice energy boost without any jitters. But I was really let down by the customer service. When I tried to get in touch with them with a question, I got sent to an automated phone line that led me to a text service. I explained my question, but all I got back was a text saying they were out of the office and could only be reached during certain hours, which didn't work for me. Plus, there wasn't even an option for faster shipping, which was really annoying. Overall, the product is great, but they definitely need to work on improving their customer service.

I recently bought some coffee from them to try it out. It didn't quite meet my expectations, especially for the high price. What made it worse was that after my first order, they charged my card and sent me another batch without asking. When I contacted them, they said I had a subscription that I never signed up for. Even though they said they would cancel the subscription and give me a refund, I had to go to my bank to get my money back after waiting for over a month. And to add to that, I keep getting annoying ads emails from them even though I've unsubscribed multiple times. This whole thing has left me with a bad feeling, so I won't be going back to them.
