I'm a chef, and I bought a 3-piece multi pot set from them. When the package came, the steamer basket was missing, which I really need for cooking. I contacted customer service, and they told me the steamer basket was back-ordered. They didn't tell me this before I ordered. I was disappointed with the lack of communication, especially from a company that serves professionals like me. The customer service rep said they would send a replacement, but didn't know how long it would take.

I ordered the Hybrid Premium mattress, but I got the wrong one twice! First time, I called customer service, and they said it was the right one, but it wasn't. Second time, same thing. Customer service was nice, but no good solution. Now, I gotta wait for them to come get the mattress.

Well is a really good company to buy from when I'm watching my wallet. I always shop around online to check out prices before I buy, and Well usually has some pretty decent deals. Their stuff is always top quality, even if some things are a tad more expensive. They might not be as fast as Amazon when it comes to shipping, but I've always gotten my orders within a week and it's no big deal for me.
