Gloves with lining issue
The gloves I bought had a big problem with the lining not being sewn on properly. Whenever I took my hand out of the glove, the inside lining would come out too. It was annoying having to keep fixing it every time and lining up the fingers. But even with that problem, the actual material and features of the gloves were good and worked well when I used them.

Dishes arrived damaged
I just bought some dishes from the store, but when they arrived, they were all broken. It was really disappointing and caused a big problem for me. When I contacted customer service about it, they didn't want to help and told me to return the broken dishes for a refund. It didn't make sense to me that I had to deal with returning something so heavy and delicate. I was really let down by the bad service and lack of empathy from Arket.

I recently had a great experience chatting online with a really skilled person. It was awesome to see someone who not only answered quickly but also showed how smart and knowledgeable they are in helping me with my questions. The person on Facebook Messenger helped me right away with my issue about getting too many emails. They fixed it fast and stayed polite and professional the whole time. It definitely made my time on Web.com much better. It's not often you find someone who's good at both tech stuff and customer service, so I really appreciate the amazing help I got.

Broke strap
I bought a watch and then the strap broke, so I needed to get a replacement. But the replacement they gave me didn't fit properly, and I couldn't even get a hold of their customer service team. Seriously, steer clear of this place at all costs.

Incorrect order received
So listen, I gotta tell you, this was a total disaster of an experience. I ordered some glasses, specific style, fit, color, and prescription, and what I got was completely off the mark. It's like they mixed up my order with someone else's. How hard is it to get an order right? Customer service was a joke. Their availability is confusing - why even have a number if you're never there? Messaging them is a waste of time, all you get back is an automated response with the same useless phone number. This whole thing has left me super disappointed and frustrated. Definitely my first and last time ordering from them.
