I bought a pair of leggings on sale, but when I got my money back, it was less because of the exchange rate and no one told me why. I lost almost 4 pounds for nothing. I'm pretty bummed about how they handled it and I don't plan on shopping there anymore.

I bought something on Black Friday and it wasn't great. I got an email after ordering saying I could save another 10%, but that wasn't said when I bought it. I asked customer service if they could give me the discount since I hadn't even got my stuff yet. They were pretty rude and brushed me off, which made me feel annoyed and like they didn't care about me as a customer. It's not cool to treat people like that.

I picked up these really awesome sport shorts and a casual shirt from this store because I wanted to look cool at the skate park, you know? The styles and colors were so awesome, and the materials felt really nice. But, let me tell you, the sizes were tricky. I looked at the size chart on their website and it said I should get a Small based on my measurements, but when my order arrived, the stuff was way too tight! I was like, what's going on? Now I have to deal with this uncomfortable feeling whenever I wear them. Maybe I should have gone for a Medium instead? Anyways, the delivery was alright, which is good.

My experience with this company has been absolutely terrible, eh. The clothing I bought was super lousy - like, nothing like what I saw in the pictures online, ya know. The designs were hideous and the material felt super cheap. When I tried to get a refund, the customer service was totally non-existent. My emails were totally ghosted, calls were straight-up ignored, and they didn't even bother to reply to my texts. I dropped over $900 and haven't gotten anything back yet. This company is a total scam, so I highly recommend folks stay far away from 'em, eh.

Hey, so I'm trying to return this outfit I bought but I can't reach anyone! I've been emailing them for a whole week now and they still haven't gotten back to me. Like, seriously though, what's going on? I just want to exchange it for a different size but it feels like I'm just being ignored. It's really frustrating, ugh!

I bought a pair of pants from this store not too long ago, and man, did they ever fit horribly! They were way too big and looked like they were cut by someone who had no clue what they were doing. When I tried to return them for a refund, they told me I could only get store credit. Now I'm stuck with credit that I don't even want to use. My whole shopping experience was a total letdown and it's been a real headache.
