ServiceI bought something on Black Friday and it wasn't great. I got an email after ordering saying I could save another 10%, but that wasn't said when I bought it. I asked customer service if they could give me the discount since I hadn't even got my stuff yet. They were pretty rude and brushed me off, which made me feel annoyed and like they didn't care about me as a customer. It's not cool to treat people like that.
