Online order
Ordering stuff from them online is just brutal. Like, legit, 3 outta 4 times my packages haven't even made it to my door, even though they said they did. It's so annoying to always have to hunt them down. I'd rather just pay for shipping and actually get my stuff, rather than deal with this mess.

2 boxes of 3 Pod's
I got 2 boxes of 3 Pod's and when they arrived, I saw that 3 glass containers were broken. I called customer service right away and they were really helpful and understanding. They sent me a new order, but once again, 3 glass containers were broken. Even though this happened, I was happy with how they dealt with it and they sent me another replacement order. Finally, I got the 3 Pod's in perfect condition and now I'm a happy customer. I would definitely recommend this company for their great service and commitment to making customers happy.

Overpriced, small products
Let me tell you about my experience with this merchant - it was a real headache. The stuff I got was not only too expensive, but it was also a lot smaller than it looked online. The print on the items was so small, I could hardly read it. And to top it off, they messed up my order not once, but twice. And to make things even worse, they wouldn't give me a refund for the items they forgot to send. I ended up having to dispute the charges with my credit card company. This merchant is totally sketchy - I'd steer clear if I were you.
