Oh man, I was so disappointed! I ordered some chocolates for my sick relative in Kerry to cheer them up during a rough patch. But guess what? The chocolates never showed up, and I didn't get any explanation at all. I was left feeling frustrated and let down because of the lack of communication and poor service. Needless to say, I won't be using this service again.

I was really let down by the chocolates I got from this place. The Lemon Meringue Pie flavor was just terrible, and the whole taste was boring and bland. Plus, they were way too expensive for what I got. I wish I hadn't bought them as a gift and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

The customer service at this place was awesome, eh! I had a question about my order and the staff member was really quick to help me out. They gave me all the info I needed and were super friendly the whole time. They also worked hard to fix my issue and made sure I was happy with everything. Overall, I was really impressed with how they treated me as a customer at this spot.
