Delivery and return policy of Lily O'Brien's
Orders placed before 11 am will be dispatched within 24hours Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays, stock allowing, while orders placed after 11 am Monday-Friday will be dispatched the following business day, stock allowing.

Customers that wish to return their purchased product, can return the order within 30 days of purchase providing the product; so long as the product has not been opened. However, any delivery costs incurred for returning an order cannot be reimbursed.
