My time at the makeup appointment didn't go as I had hoped. I asked for a natural eyeshadow look, but I ended up with something heavy and dark that wasn't what I wanted at all. The foundation they picked was too dark for me, which made me feel uneasy and insecure. On top of that, I had an allergic reaction to one of the products used on my eyes, and it left me uncomfortable for days. When I contacted customer service about my issues, I felt like they didn't really listen or care. In the end, I left the appointment feeling unhappy and annoyed.

I've been having a lot of trouble downloading sound clips on this site. Even though I bought credits, a bunch of files didn't download right and I lost my credits with no refunds. What really got to me was how hard it was to get help from customer service - they just ignored or deleted my messages and chats. That lack of support really ruined my customer experience.

I've been seeing a lot of people talking about issues with orders and stuff not being up to snuff because of COVID-19. Personally, I snagged a couple pairs of shorts on sale, 50% off, which was awesome. I was pretty shocked when one pair got shipped out the next day and the other one just went out today. Seems like not everyone is dealing with delays like we thought. I haven't actually received the shorts yet, but I wanted to give my two cents on the situation.

I just got to the parking lot and found out that the shuttle wasn't working, so I had to figure out how to get to the airport on my own. Luckily, I was able to easily get an Uber. I contacted the company to ask for a refund for the Uber ride and they came through with a credit once I showed them the receipt. They handled the situation well and I'm thankful for that.
