ComplaintsHey everyone, I've been working in IT for more than twenty years and I gotta say, be careful of those low prices! Make sure to do your homework before committing to anything. If a company's prices seem too good to be true, they likely are. I have a gut feeling that this company isn't playing fair and it's just a matter of time before they get caught and it impacts their customers.

They did their part really well and checked up on everything, but I gotta say, I was pretty let down by how Microsoft handled things. Even though Trusted Tech Team kept pushing them, Microsoft just seemed like they didn't care and took forever to look into things. And by the time they finally did, all the important logs were gone, so it was too late to figure out what happened.
