Order of 3 calendars
I just bought three calendars from this store and it was a total letdown. The post office messed up and left the package out in the rain, which wrecked my calendars. But the customer support folks were on it - they asked for pics of the messed up package and let me know right away that they'd send me a new order with no extra charge. Even though things didn't start off great, I have to say their customer service was amazing. I'm grateful for how quickly they fixed everything.

Shoe and clothing orders through the pandemic
My recent experience ordering shoes and clothes during the pandemic was actually pretty good. It took a few days for my orders to be processed, which could have been speedier, but it wasn't too bad. I found some good deals on items from my favorite brands. And when they were out of one item I wanted, they hooked me up with a big discount for next time.
