The thing I got seemed like it was returned by someone else, with buttons undone and all wrinkled up. I reached out to customer service, but they didn't really read my emails properly, just gave me generic responses. It was obvious that the top had been washed and worn before. Really bummed out by the whole experience.

Order of 3 calendars
I just bought three calendars from this store and it was a total letdown. The post office messed up and left the package out in the rain, which wrecked my calendars. But the customer support folks were on it - they asked for pics of the messed up package and let me know right away that they'd send me a new order with no extra charge. Even though things didn't start off great, I have to say their customer service was amazing. I'm grateful for how quickly they fixed everything.
