Unexpected insurance charge
I was totally caught off guard when I made my reservation and then suddenly had to pay an extra insurance fee that I wasn't told about beforehand. And to top it off, we didn't even plan on driving the RV, so why did we have to shell out for insurance? It just seemed like a sneaky way to try and squeeze more money out of us. We definitely won't be using this platform again and we'll make sure to warn others about these kinds of hidden fees. Being open and honest with your customers is so important in business, and the lack of transparency here was really disappointing.
My rental experience
My rental experience was really disappointing. I decided to rent an RV for a family trip, and thought I found the perfect one based on the photos. However, the owner never answered my questions about pricing and mileage, so I couldn't plan out my budget properly. When I reached out to customer service for help, the representatives seemed clueless about how to assist me. It was frustrating and disappointing, to say the least.
