Recent purchase disappointment
I bought some clothes recently and I was super disappointed with the quality. The stuff I got didn't look like the pictures on the website, and the quality wasn't what I expected at all. I used to really like this brand a few years back, but it seems like they've really gone downhill in terms of quality.

Cheesy lip gloss
This lip gloss was so cheap and didn't even smell good. I tried calling customer service but they were no help at all. They just told me to email them and never got back to me. So rude, eh!

Defective items, poor quality
I am so frustrated with the lack of response from this company. I have sent several emails about a defective item I got in early December, and I still haven't heard anything back. The designs are nice, but the quality is really bad. I have gotten items with loose threads, buttons missing, and hems falling apart. Honestly, it's not worth the money with all the issues I've had. The customer service is terrible.
