Bed frame purchase
I just bought a bed frame from this company and had a problem with my order. When the package arrived, I saw that only half of the bed frame was in there, when I was supposed to get two boxes. I got in touch with customer service and they quickly sorted out the issue by sending me the missing package at no extra cost. The bed frame is really well-made and I'm happy with it. The customer service team really backed up their company and made sure everything was sorted for me. I definitely recommend this company for their top-notch customer service and great products.

Contact lenses purchase
I just bought my first pair of contact lenses from KITS, eh. They ended up getting scratched pretty quickly after I got them, which was a bummer. But when I reached out to their customer service, they were super fast to help me out and sent me a new pair for free. I was really impressed by how they handled the situation and how they fixed it right away. Even though I ran into a little trouble at first, I'll definitely think about going back to KITS for more shopping down the road.

Trail shoes purchase
I bought a pair of trail shoes online not too long ago. Unfortunately, when they arrived, one of the shoes had a defect that made it really uncomfortable. I had to go through the hassle of returning them, but the exchange went smoothly and quickly. However, when I received the new pair, I was disappointed to see that both shoes had poor quality. There was a noticeable line of glue around the soles that looked like it was applied poorly, showing that the quality control wasn't great. I'm worried that the soles might start falling off sooner rather than later. All in all, I was not happy with the product quality and won't be buying from this brand again.
