I was so pumped to receive my package, but when I finally opened it up, the product was already busted open and making a mess all over the place in the box. To top it off, the seal was only halfway closed. I was pretty let down by that. I shot them an email with some pics right away. However, they responded promptly and resolved the issue. They offered me a few choices, such as rewards points or even a refund. All in all, I'm feeling pretty good about the service in the end.

Customer service was so helpful with my emails, eh! I had a bunch of questions about products and ordering, and they got back to me right away with all the answers I needed. Now I can't wait for my items to arrive. I'm really happy with how well they communicated and helped me out. Thanks, customer service team!
