I just bought an online course, but I had trouble logging in. I emailed customer service for help, but all I got back was an automated message saying they were swamped. After a few days, I got another email assuming everything was fixed, but no details were given. It was a waste of money and really let me down.

I was really pleased with the plants I got from this company. They had a nice variety and they arrived in great shape. But, I did find their website a bit tricky to use. It took me a while to figure out how to log in, so I think they could make some improvements there. Also, I was bummed to find out that you can't skip a month in their subscription service. I think they should add that option for customers who don't want a plant every single month.

I loved the software when I first tried it, it was great. But after I purchased the Universal License Subscription, that's when things started to go downhill. I had some issues with it and didn't receive much assistance, so I had to request a refund. As a French Canadian who isn't fluent in English, it made things even more difficult. They mistakenly believed I was in France and ended up charging me in euros on my bill, causing a lot of confusion. I felt guilty about asking for a refund, but I had no other option.

I gotta say, I've been loving all the stuff I've bought from this company! Going plastic-free at home has been a breeze thanks to their cool ideas. That foaming hand soap? It's been a total game-changer for me - no more hauling heavy plastic bottles of soap around. And let's not even talk about the laundry detergent - no spills, no hassle, just nice clean clothes! I'm also digging the switch to a safer toilet bowl cleaner, knowing I'm doing my part for the environment and keeping harmful chemicals out of our water.

I was really let down by the shipping process for the tires I bought recently. It took a whole week for them to arrive, and on top of that, they got delayed during transit. That meant I had to keep a customer's car for the weekend until the tires finally showed up. As a business owner who depends on getting tires on time, this whole situation was just not okay. I've been a loyal customer of theirs, but if they keep up with such slow shipping, I'll have to look for other suppliers. The actual quality of the tires was good, but the way they handled the shipping was a big disappointment to me.

I'm so frustrated right now! No one is responding! The bottle I bought is leaking and now I can't give it as a gift. So annoying! 😡

Don't bother trying to buy anything from that company, eh. I tried to get a phone case and it was a complete disaster. Their customer service sucks, and they don't even have replacement parts, which is just dumb. I wasted an hour on their automated system and got nowhere. If they were closer, I would have chucked my phone through their window, for sure.

Plus, they were charging way too much for what they were offering. And don't even get me started on the customer service. I forgot to cancel my subscription, got billed for another year, tried to get a refund, and they basically told me tough luck. No empathy, no understanding, just all about the money. Not cool. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone trying to learn something new.
