Small shoes, old shoe not available
I recently bought some new shoes, but they turned out to be too small for me. I tried reaching out to customer service four times, but got disconnected each time! When I finally spoke to someone, they informed me that they no longer carry my favorite old shoe. I asked if they could suggest something similar, but all they said was to check online. Definitely not impressed with their customer service at all.

long wait dress
My experience at that store was awful, eh! Like seriously, I ordered a dress more than two months back, and it still hasn't shown up, eh. Can you believe they don't even provide delivery dates? What a joke, eh. I've tried to contact them for updates, but they're not very clear on when my order will arrive, eh. It's so frustrating because I really love their clothes, but how can they even stay in business if they can't even commit to when you'll get your order, eh? So disappointing, eh. Wedding season is coming up, and I'll definitely be letting all my buddies know to avoid that place, eh.

Oversized sunglasses
I was so disappointed with my online purchase from this company. It took forever for my big sunglasses to show up, and the customer service was just terrible. Every time I tried to reach them, they were dodgy and not useful at all. I needed to switch the glasses because they didn't fit right, and the whole thing was a disaster. They kept saying I had to send back the original pair first, but they couldn't promise I'd actually get the new ones. Even though I showed them proof of delivery, they said a neighbor signed for the package and magically couldn't find the glasses. It's crazy to see such dishonesty these days.
