Environmentally-friendly cleaning products
I gotta say, I'm super happy with the eco-friendly cleaning products I got from this company. The packaging is great - everything can be recycled except for those unit wrappers that need a composter. I really appreciate the effort they put into making sure their packaging is eco-friendly. It aligns perfectly with what I look for as a consumer. And the products themselves are awesome too. They smell nice and do a great job at cleaning. Whether it's toilet cleaner, laundry detergent, hand soap, or dish powder and tablets, I haven't found a product from them that I don't like.

Boots
I recently picked up some boots from this store. Sadly, they didn't fit as well as I thought, so I had to do the return thing on their site. Luckily, the return process was pretty straightforward and easy to figure out. A few days later, Canada Post confirmed getting my return with a signature. The site said it usually takes 7 to 10 business days to process returns. Nevertheless, it had been more than 14 days and I hadn't heard anything. I sent a bunch of emails, but no one got back to me. They have a contact number on the site, but it wasn't working. Finally, I got through to the right number and my first chat with customer service was a letdown. The person found a reason to not help me and told me to call back, suggesting I was calling from the UK. The second time around, the lady I talked to was super nice and helpful. She sorted out the delay with my return and made sure everything went smoothly. She's the reason why I'm giving them a higher rating for service. But even with her help, this whole ordeal doesn't make me want to shop there again.

Bike Purchase
Customer service was terrible, they acted like they were too good to answer real questions. Honestly, their products aren't anything special - just frames and bike parts made in China. Their only job is to ship stuff and make it easy for people to buy, but they're really bad at it.

Networking event experience
As someone who goes to a lot of networking events, I gotta say, this one was a total letdown. It was full of people trying to pull a fast one on you or just sell you something for a buck. There wasn't any real conversations or connections happening, so it was hard to see the point in being there. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this event to anyone who wants to actually network and make meaningful connections.

Bluetooth paper airplane kit
I bought this Bluetooth paper airplane kit from a company recently and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how cool the design and technology were. It was so easy to turn my paper airplane into a motorized flyer that I could steer with my smartphone. Building and flying my motorized paper airplane was a blast and I learned a lot in the process. I loved how this product mixed hands-on creativity with digital technology. Honestly, I'd suggest this toy to anyone who's looking for a fun and creative plaything.
