E-gift card purchase
I'm really disappointed with the service I got when I bought an e-gift card from this company. It took more than two weeks and I had to call them three times before I finally got my e-gift card. This kind of customer service is just not good enough and it's really frustrating. I was hoping for a quicker and smoother process when buying a simple e-gift card.

RV repairs
My family's experience at this RV sales place was a disaster. My dad, who's a disabled Vietnam vet, took his RV in for repairs in November, and everything went downhill from there. They said they'd fix it under warranty or out-of-pocket, but after six months of waiting, nothing was done. The communication was terrible, and whenever we called for updates, they had no clue. When we finally picked up the RV in May, the service person couldn't even explain the bill or what repairs were made. The way they treated us was so unprofessional and disrespectful. They wouldn't even let us talk to the manager or owner when we raised our concerns. It's a shame they don't respond to negative feedback. Based on other reviews, it seems like bad service is a common problem there, so I recommend avoiding that place at all costs.

Website development course
It is seriously unbelievable the hoops you have to jump through to cancel your subscription with Shaw Academy. First, you have to click through about 5 pages on the website while they try and convince you to stay. Then you need to call a number where an automated voice tries to convince you to stay. You need to listen to about 5 or 6 messages of the AI trying to con you into not cancelling, and after each one you press 2 saying you want to cancel. It takes forever and seriously makes me think this whole business is a scam. The reason I cancelled in the first place is because I don't like how the courses are set up. I like to be able to do online courses at my own pace and when I want, not on a set schedule. That's the whole reason I do online learning.
