Furniture purchase
Eh bud, just gotta share this bummer story with ya about my recent furniture purchase from Overstock. Man, it's been a real letdown! The item I ordered was supposedly shipped out a month ago, but when it finally arrived, it was all busted up due to the shipping company's mishandling. I said no way, not accepting this wrecked thing, and tried to get a refund. But holy smokes, Overstock is draggin' their feet - taking a whole 3-4 days to even look into it. I've been trying to get a hold of a manager through text and calls, but they keep telling me none are available. Seriously? This lack of service is just brutal, leavin' me high and dry without my money or my stuff. Can you believe it, eh?

I was so disappointed with buying tickets for a National Lacrosse League game. The website was so hard to figure out, and the whole process was just too complicated. It shouldn't be such a struggle to get a couple of tickets for a game I was really looking forward to. Not having user-friendly options made it all so frustrating and took up way too much time.

Group creation struggle
I had some trouble using a promo code when I was trying to set up a group on the platform. I couldn't find a customer service number to get help, no matter how hard I looked. It's frustrating to not have easy access to customer support in this day and age. Companies really need to have good customer service to take care of any problems or questions that come up.
