I had a problem with my printer recently. It would only accept the brand's ink cartridges, so I had to buy their more expensive ones. The store brand cartridges used to work fine, but after a software update, they were blocked. When I contacted customer service for help, they weren't helpful at all and wanted $99 just to figure out the issue. It's not right that they limit our choices and then charge so much for help. I'm really annoyed by this whole situation. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
