I bought a printer online not long ago and it's been giving me a lot of trouble. I've called customer service multiple times but the printer still only works on and off. I have to constantly unplug it and wait to get it working again. It's definitely the worst performing printer I've had compared to other HP ones I've owned. I wouldn't recommend buying this printer at all.
