I was super pumped to work on my templates for like an hour and a half, and then when I was ready to hit "publish," I couldn't find the button anywhere. Instead, all I saw was a subscribe button. So I figured out that I needed to subscribe to an 11€ subscription to publish. I was about to click it until I realized it was 11€ per month if you pay for a full year upfront. Otherwise, it's 18€ per month. I almost got tricked after putting in all that work, but luckily I checked the comments first. Phew, dodged a bullet there! DON'T DO IT!!!!

I just bought something and it didn't work, but the person at the store was super helpful. Despite the item not working right, Kriz gave me clear instructions on how to use it properly. When it was clear the product was faulty, Kriz offered store credit for a new one right away. Everything got sorted out in about an hour. Kriz was really nice and helpful, making the whole thing a good experience. I would definitely shop at that store again.

I just got some phone cases from this company and they are really good quality. They fit nicely and look great, plus they do a good job protecting my phone. One case had stiff buttons but the other one saved my phone from a bad fall. The customer service was fast and helpful, they replaced both cases without any trouble.

Eh, the customer service I got was just terrible, I tell ya! My printer just decided to pack it in outta nowhere, so I reached out for some help. They sent me a new cord, but it didn't fix a thing. Then they tell me I gotta fork over a buck as a deposit for a replacement printer. The way those customer service folks talked to me was so robotic, like they were just reading off a script. Couldn't offer up any real help at all. Ended up feeling like I threw away a hundred bucks on a dud printer. From now on, I'm steerin' clear and grabbing my printers from a different company.

This store is so sketchy, eh? They went ahead and charged my card without even asking, and now I'm stuck dealing with all this drama just to get my money back. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend trusting them with your payment info, eh?
