Comhar Pro desk with misaligned drawer
Got my Comhar Pro desk but the drawer was all wonky so I reached out for some help. Romica was super helpful and although we couldn't fix it on the spot, he gave me some tips to try on my own. They even gave me some money back for the trouble. The customer service was amazing and I'm grateful for their help in sorting everything out.
Adjustable desk purchase
I gotta say, I was happily surprised with how great the customer service agent treated me. Even though I've heard some bad stuff about their service before, my experience was totally the opposite. This agent, who I won't mention, was super helpful and knew their stuff - they answered all my questions like a pro. I bought a desk that got stuck

Adjustable standing desk
The standing desk I bought is awesome! It's super sturdy and does the job perfectly. The bamboo top not only works well but also looks great, giving my workspace a classy touch. I had a bit of trouble following the assembly instructions, but that was mostly because I'm not used to putting things together. In general, I'm really impressed with how well-made and practical this desk is.

Flexispot E7Q Table
So, like, I got this table, you know? The delivery was totally messed up - some parts came super early, some parts took forever, and this accessory I ordered never even showed up. And I can't even figure out where it went! And then, when I finally got everything, trying to put it all together was a total nightmare. Like, no pre-drilled holes! Seriously, how do they expect me to do all that by myself? And for the price I paid, I was totally expecting better quality and a way smoother experience. But hey, once I finally got it all set up, the table is actually pretty cool. It's super sturdy, looks nice, and fits perfectly in my space.

The customer service agent was awesome in helping me with the return of my standing desk. I do wish the E7 Pro had the same height adjustment as the E7 model for more legroom, but the return process was really smooth and easy thanks to the great customer service.

I just bought this desk I've been wanting for a while now. It was a bit expensive, so I called customer service to ask about discounts. Standing desk USB issue resolved

4 desk bikes
I picked up 4 desk bikes recently, and let me tell you, they're amazing! All my coworkers in the office are loving them too and now they all want to take turns using them. Michelle was the one who assisted me, and she was super friendly. She even hooked me up with a discount since I was buying four bikes. She did a fantastic job of keeping me in the loop and making sure I had all the info I needed. I'm really enjoying the bikes and the top-notch service from Michelle. I would totally recommend them to anyone!
Broken control panel :(
My desk just arrived today and, unfortunately, the control panel is broken. I contacted customer service and spoke with AJ, who was really friendly and guided me through troubleshooting the issue. We tried everything, but in the end, AJ sorted out for a new desk to be sent my way. I'm truly grateful for the speedy assistance and excellent customer service from Flexispot! Good customer service is rare to come by these days, but they really hit the mark.
