    E2 desk technical issue

    I recently had an issue with my E2 desk from FlexiSpot that I bought. I tried to fix it myself but couldn't, so I called customer support and spoke with a helpful person named AJ. She listened carefully to my problem, took notes, and made sure she understood before helping me further. AJ then connected me with a tech expert named Benedict. Benedict knew his stuff and quickly figured out the problem and walked me through fixing it. Thanks to him, my desk is working perfectly now. Both AJ and Benedict went above and beyond to help me, and I'm very thankful. If I have any more issues in the future, I hope to work with them again.

    I bought this really cool desk and it was just great! But then the "up" button stopped working after two weeks. I was so bummed, but I called customer service and they were really nice and helped me fix it by resetting it. Now my desk works perfectly again! I definitely recommend this brand!

    Computer holder with defective Velcro straps

    I recently bought a computer holder to put under my desk to save space in my home office. Unfortunately, when I tried to put the Velcro straps around my computer case, one of them broke. I was kinda bummed about the quality of the product, but I decided to contact customer service for help. I talked to AJ, who was super helpful and understanding. She asked for a picture of the broken product, and after looking at it quickly, she said a replacement would be sent to me right away. I was so relieved to hear that I didn't have to deal with packaging and returning the item. AJ's customer service was top-notch, and she made solving the problem easy and stress-free.

The agent helped me fix the issue quickly, and in no time, my standing desk was working fine again. The only thing was, the agent talked a bit fast, so it was a bit hard to keep up, but the service overall was great. Thanks a lot!
