Earrings and rings
So, like, I'm from this really far place, but I heard about this awesome jewelry store from this amazing girl I follow online. The jewelry there is seriously amazing, like top quality. I have some silver earrings and rings from there, and let me tell you, they are my absolute favorites. The design, the weight, the finish, everything is just fantastic. I wear the rings every day, and they still look brand new. Oh, and I accidentally got the wrong size for one of the rings, but the customer service team was so nice and they helped me out right away. I'm thinking of getting a gold necklace from them soon, their stuff is just so pretty. I would totally recommend this place to all my friends, no joke.

Customized product cancellation issue
So I had this whole thing happen with a purchase I made online that was a total letdown. I got 3 things from this company, one of which I got customized. But then I saw a better color for it on another site, so I reached out to the customer service team to cancel the customized thing. They sent me an email saying it was canceled, so I went ahead and bought it from the other site. But when I got back from my trip, all 3 items were there, and they hadn't given me a refund for the one I canceled. I showed them the emails proving I canceled it, but they wouldn't admit they messed up. It just bugs me that they won't own up to their mistake and follow their own rules, especially since they're supposed to be all about the customer. I'd tell people to be careful when shopping on that site, 'cause you might not get the help you need if something goes wrong.

Ticket purchase for me and my elderly mother
Just bought some tickets for a show for me and my elderly mom and I have to say, the customer service from the staff member named Alice was amazing. She really went out of her way to make sure my mom was comfortable by giving us seats that suited her. Alice was so attentive and professional, which made the whole buying process easy and stress-free. I really value her excellent customer service and attention to detail.
