I recently picked up a cordless vacuum and a refurbished fan from this company. Even though they were a bit pricier, I gotta say, the quality totally backs it up. The cordless vacuum works like a dream, and I love that I can switch out the battery down the road if I need to. And the refurbished fan I snagged off their Ebay store actually came with a warranty, which is pretty rare for second-hand stuff. It's brought me some extra peace of mind, for sure.

I recently tried to make an online purchase on your website and I ran into a big problem. The site froze while I was typing in my order and ended up doubling my order. I quickly called customer service to fix it, but they told me once an order is in, it can't be canceled. I was stuck with either waiting for the extra order to come and then sending it back, or talking to my bank to stop the payment. It was really frustrating and now I'm not too happy with how the ordering works.

The online site was so easy to use, I was able to buy my book in no time. I was really surprised at how fast the book arrived after I placed my order, and it came in perfect condition.

I was so excited to get my new desk all set up, eh? But when it finally arrived, I was bummed out to see that both corners of the desk top were all dinged up. I gave customer service a call, but all they did was give me a measly discount instead of sending out some new parts.
