Online purchase experience
I made a purchase online with this company and it didn't go well. The prices on the website were in Canadian dollars, but I got charged in American dollars after I made my order. This ended up costing me a lot more money. When I tried to reach out to the company about this, they didn't respond for a long time. The only message I got was a pretty pathetic attempt at giving me a refund of just $11. As a Canadian, it's really disappointing to see a local business doing shady stuff like this. I've started the process to reverse the charge in the hopes of fixing this mess.

When I first went on the website, I saw that the price was listed at €2.99 a year. But once I signed up, it jumped to €2.99 monthly! I felt deceived by this switcheroo in pricing. Being truthful about costs is crucial for me as a customer. This whole ordeal has me cautious about dealing with this company in the future.

I was so pumped to test out my new instant camera from this company. The packaging looked real nice and the camera gave off a retro vibe that I thought was cool. I was eager to start taking pictures and watching them come to life in seconds. The quality of the photos was top-notch and I really enjoyed the vintage feel they had. All in all, it was a super great buy that brought back some sweet memories of the past.

Jacket purchase
I bought a jacket from this store recently, and I have to say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. First off, the customer service was not great. I sent an email with a question and didn't get a response for more than two weeks. Also, I wrote a review on their site, but they didn't post it because it wasn't a perfect five-star review. The jacket itself is okay, but I think it's too expensive. When I got the jacket, I saw a thread that was 3 inches long hanging from it. That worried me because I think if you're paying a lot for something, it should be perfect. All in all, I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and making sure customers are happy with this store.

I was just told that my membership expired even though it renewed on its own. Also, there were no instructions for people who are using it for the first time and seniors find it difficult to navigate. I ended up spending hours assisting older individuals in figuring out how to use it!

Youth uniform order
I ordered my daughter's school uniform online, but then got an email a week later saying it was canceled with no reason. The website didn't show it was out of stock, so I had to get in touch with customer service. They couldn't even explain why it got canceled, just offered a refund and a basic apology. Today, I got another email saying the item is no longer available. I'm not happy with this lack of clarity and bad customer service. As a parent, I won't be coming back to this company.
