That convinced me to go ahead. Delivery went as scheduled but that's where things got messy. When I unwrapped them a few days later (I’m retired and moved into a new retirement place earlier this year, so I wasn’t rushing to place them exactly), I found the edge serging on two rugs was torn in spots. I reported it right away. The company’s first response was basically a how-to video showing me how to sew it up myself, or a repair at their factory if I paid one-way shipping. They also implied the damage might be my fault — moths, or accidental cutting — which was surprising and frankly off-putting given my situation. I explained calmly that I live in a new retirement community, nothing in my wardrobe or home has signs of moth damage, and I didn’t cut them. The delivery driver hadn’t done a full white-glove inspection; I didn’t request it because I needed time to decide placement, and he simply confirmed the number of rugs before I signed. The company kept referring to the driver’s note as proof everything arrived in perfect condition. After multiple back-and-forths and growing frustration (I won’t pretend it didn’t bother me — it did, even raised my blood pressure a bit), I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That moved things: the company eventually agreed to cover shipping and repair costs, though not without some resistance. I’m relieved it was resolved and glad I didn’t have to pay out of pocket, but annoyed at how long it took and the dismissive tone early on. In short: product is acceptable, logistics and after-sales support need work; I’m glad it turned out okay in the end, but the experience left a sour taste.

The sample was really good quality and let me see the color and texture up close. Sadly, the color didn't quite fit in my room, but I'm glad I didn't buy a rug that wouldn't have worked.
