Every time I reached out, they promised to get back to me within 24 hours, but it's been more than a week now and still no word. It's just not cool how they're ignoring customer questions and not keeping us in the loop.

Washer and dryer purchase
I've been buying stuff from this company since 2012, and I've always been happy with the quality. But, my recent purchase of a washer and dryer was a real headache. The folks on the live chat didn't really know what they were talking about when it came to pricing and technical support, which made it tough to get my order on time. I had to buy stacking tool kits separately when I could've gotten them for free if I bought them together with the washer and dryer. And to top it off, they messed up and ordered two kits instead of one, which just made things more confusing and expensive. The communication between the sales team and the delivery service was also not so great, even though their online tracking was top-notch. I picked the earliest delivery date available, but the delivery never showed up when promised. I had to wait for Samsung to sort things out and reschedule, which wasted a lot of my time. The whole process was way more complicated and frustrating than it needed to be.

Flight to Barcelona
Oh man, the customer service was seriously the worst! I showed up at the Amsterdam airport all set to catch my flight to Barcelona but there was nobody at the check-in desk! Then the gate was closed even though the flight was still there! And when I tried calling customer service, nobody picked up! Finally, when I did get through the next day, they were super rude and didn't even try to help me out. I can't even wrap my head around how terrible this airline is!

I was so bummed out by my shopping trip at this place. I saw a really cool crystal necklace and bought it on a whim, but then changed my mind when I saw the price tag. Even though I tried to cancel right away, they still processed my order and told me to just send it back. The customer service was seriously no help at all and gave me the runaround. I'm never shopping here again.
